The most depressing day of the year.....18th January 2010 !!

According to a british researcher from Cardiff University , January 18th is 2010's most depressing day. His formula for this takes into account factors like post-holiday blahs and debts, New Year's resolutions and this year the nasty chill that has reached much further south than usual. Apparently this time of year is the peak for feeling low. I would like to know what you think. For me this definately wasn't the most depressing day of this year.

pfff what a stupid theory!!! Well, winter makes me feel kind of sad most of the time. Actually it's the cloudy weather that makes me really feel down in the dumps. Sometimes I just feel as I work on solar power, the more sun outside the more happier and better I feel, seriously. Maybe I suffer from S.A.D.

Think there is some truth to this, last week felt long and so dreary (yes weather didn't help) but maybe that means February is on the up and up. Wind is what I have been told to expect. Sorry I don' recall what exactly happened on the 18th. For me that time of the month and the moods of the kids seem to also play a huge role on my energy level and mood.
